La cotización es un documento informativo en el que se establece el precio de un producto o servicio en venta. Desde la [App móvil de Alegra](https://www.alegra.com/app-movil/?utm_source=help-center&utm_medium=product-marketing&utm_campaign=mex-ac-como_crear_cotizaciones_desde_la_app_movil_mexico-tmd_pmkt) puedes generar tus cotizaciones en tan solo minutos, solo necesitas poseer un teléfono móvil y acceso a internet. ### 🔗 ¿Cómo crear una cotización? 1\. Ingresa a la [App móvil de Alegra](https://www.alegra.com/app-movil/?utm_source=help-center&utm_medium=product-marketing&utm_campaign=mex-ac-como_crear_cotizaciones_desde_la_app_movil_mexico-tmd_pmkt) **\> Cotizaciones**. 2\. Haz clic en el símbolo **Más** ubicado en la parte superior derecha de tu pantalla. 4\. **Diligencia el formulario \> Guardar**. También puedes crear cotizaciones con fecha anterior o posterior a la actual. - **Vencimiento**: de acuerdo al plazo elegido verás la fecha de vencimiento contada a partir del día en que se crea la cotización. - **Bodega**: selecciona la bodega donde se encuentra el producto inventariable que agregarás al documento. - **Lista de precios**: define precios especiales para tus clientes.  - **Asociar vendedor**: asocia un vendedor a la cotización.  - **+ Agregar producto y servicio**: selecciona el producto existente o crea uno nuevo. - **Ver más opciones**: - **Notas**: agrega notas que serán visibles en el PDF de la cotización y en la impresión. - **Observaciones**: agrega información adicional que necesites ver en el documento.  - **Comentarios**: agrega notas internas que no son visibles en la impresión del documento. Una vez creada tu cotización, tendrás las opciones de: **Editar**, **Eliminar**, **Enviar por correo**, **Facturar**, **Descargar**, **Compartir** y **Enviar por WhatsApp**.
